- Andris LOVED this one. I changed a few things from the original Men's Health recipe, such as taking out the walnuts, and using less pasta (though I gave Andris the recommended amount of pasta). I also reduced the amount of pesto used because the ready-made pesto I bought was extremely high in calories. The way I posted it is the way I made it and it turned out very well.

- Replaced the butter with with cooking spray
- Replaced the heavy cream with 1/4 c. skim milk, 1/4 c. sour cream, a bit of yogurt and some corn starch
- Cut the chicken into bite size bits before shaking them in the bag with cajun flavoring
- Used real garlic and sauteed it with the green onions before adding the chicken
- Used penne pasta, but may reduce the amount so that I only get 2 oz
- Use more mushrooms that recipe calls for
- Used a yellow pepper instead of a green pepper
- Used half of the parmesan cheese
- Total calories of altered recipe: 1046
