  • Good, lowfat...
  • I would play with the sauce. I added mushrooms, but I think it would be good with some sour cream or yogurt to make the sauce richer
  • The chicken was a little too think so it took a lot longer than 30 minutes.
Grilled Asparagus with Orange Wasabi Dressing
  • So good! This sauce was good on the chicken teriyaki we grilled.

  • Halve the recipe for two people
  • Use only 1 tbsp olive oil.
  • Use 1/3 cup brown rice (raw)
Sesame Seared Tuna
  • Make sure that the tuna is well defrosted
